The USA, Israel, and Ukraine are discussing the supply of up to 8 Patriot air defence systems to Kyiv, as reported by the Financial Times. The Israeli army wants to get rid of these SAM systems due to their 30-year-old age and low effectiveness.

Now the Americans are offering to give the installations to Israel with a stock of missiles, and then transfer them to Ukraine.

Up to this point, Ukraine had four Patriot complexes, some of which have already been destroyed. Typically, a Patriot battery includes a command vehicle, a launcher, various types of radars, and 4-8 launcher stations.
