If the massacres in the Gaza Strip do not stop, the flames of the conflict will not spare anyone, Iranian Foreign Minister Hosein Amir Abdollahian said at a meeting of the 10th emergency special session of the UNGA, addressing US statesmen.
"I frankly tell the American statesmen who are now managing the genocide in Palestine that we do not welcome the spread of war in the region. But I warn: if the genocide in Gaza continues, no one will be spared from this flame," he said.
He emphasised that Iran does not approve of the expansion of military action in the region and accused the US of not only supporting Israel financially, militarily and politically against Hamas, but also of managing the war.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen earlier proposed to revise the EU's multi-year budget for the period from 2024 to 2027 and increase it by 66bn euros to help Ukraine and implement migration and refugee programmes.
Orban called the proposal inconsistent, as the purpose and results of the previously allocated funds to Kiev remain unclear. He promised to block Budapest from allocating additional funds to Ukraine until clear arguments in favour of such measures are presented.

Following US President Joe Biden's doubts about the number of Palestinian casualties, the Hamas-affiliated Gaza Health Ministry has published a list of 6,747 people who were killed in Israeli attacks. It gives the names, ages and sexes of the victims, as well as their ID numbers. 281 bodies have yet to be identified.

A weapons arsenal and an ammunition depot used by the IRGC and its backed militias were attacked, Reuters writes. The airstrikes were carried out by two F-16 fighter jets near the Syrian town of Abu Kemal on the border with Iraq on the orders of President Joe Biden.
