👩 WOMEN : YOU’RE NOT “MOODY” — YOU MIGHT JUST BE DEHYDRATED.

Research shows that even 1.36% dehydration can significantly disrupt mood and mental performance in healthy young women.

The study found:
• ↑ Anger & irritability
• ↑ Fatigue
• ↑ Headaches
• ↑ Mood disturbance
• ↓ Concentration
• ↑ Tasks feel harder

All from dehydration so mild most women wouldn’t notice it.

Why this matters: hydration in women fluctuates naturally (cycle, stress, caffeine, workouts).

If you feel foggy, irritable, low-energy, or emotionally off — it may not be hormones.
It may simply be not enough water.

Drink consistently throughout the day — your brain feels dehydration long before your mouth does.

Books we wish we read earlier:
Today — The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene

This book is powerful because it explains the real rules people operate by — ego, insecurity, hierarchy, and influence. Schools don’t teach this. Life does.

One law that changed everything for me is Never Outshine the Master.

It means: don’t make your boss or leader feel threatened.
Even if you’re talented, showing them up can trigger insecurity — and they’ll quietly block your progress. Understanding this alone would have saved me years of stress in work and relationships.

I genuinely wish I had read this book much earlier. It helped me understand people, avoid naïve mistakes, and navigate power dynamics with far more clarity. Also not following this rule kinda fucked up my career.

Highly recommended for every man who wants to move smarter in career, relationships, and life.

The Easiest Way to Grow Fresh Herbs at Home: The Herb Spiral

A herb spiral is one of the smartest garden designs for people with limited space. By building upward in a circular shape, you create multiple micro-climates in one structure — sunny, shady, dry, moist — so every herb gets the conditions it needs.

This is why spirals work so well:
Top = hot, dry, perfect for rosemary, thyme, oregano
Middle = moderate soil for sage, lavender, basil
Bottom = cool, moist zone for parsley, dill, chives
• Optional: let the lowest point drain into a small pond to support moisture-loving plants

It’s low-maintenance, space-efficient, and gives you fresh herbs all year.

If you want a simple, powerful upgrade to your home garden: build a herb spiral. It works.

💊. Beyond Alpha Testosterone — Personal Experience

I’m in my thirties and train hard. Like many men today, I’m dealing with the modern reality: sedentary work, too much time indoors, low sunlight, constant exposure to plastics and chemicals.

I already had the basics covered: lifting, diet, movement, sunlight. I started adding supplements cautiously and, almost two months ago, began using the Beyond Alpha Testosterone Stack.

What I’ve noticed:
– Better, deeper sleep
– Bodyweight stable, but muscle mass increasing faster
– Visible changes in shoulders and triceps (others noticed it too)
– Libido and morning erections fully back and consistent
– More mental clarity and calmness.

Some of this could be placebo. Most of it is a real, noticeable difference compared to two months ago.

This isn’t a replacement for training, diet, or lifestyle. But if you’ve already got those dialed in — or realistically aren’t quitting everything — this stack is worth trying.
