WHY DID THEY REMOVE THIS? IT COULD’VE BEEN SO FUN
Having 3 challenges of varying difficulties would’ve made the levels replayability so much better. I like the challenges personally but most of them are hella boring. Some of them aren’t even challenges, they’re just borderline secrets
(HINT HINT 7-4. HINT HINT 5-1. HINT HINT EVERY SECRET ENCOUNTER CHALLENGE)
So having 3 challenges gives Hakita the opportunity to make more interesting concepts: like some challenges can be purely skill like beating 7-2 without breaking any Guttermen Shields or killing the Leviathan with lightning; while others can be more puzzle solving like only picking up one skull in 5-2. The possibilities could’ve been endless. I even made examples for the 3 levels I just talked about.
Moral of this story; i think that challenges are such a missed opportunity and one of Hakita’s few Ls making this game; especially because he had the best idea from the start yet he removed it for god knows what reason.

Since Michael is God's wisdom, does he also have second thoughts about hell and the eternal torment?
In the bible, he is said to be the thing closest to God. And assuming that this is also true in the ultrakill verse, as he is noscriptd "God's Wisdom" and possesses quite the Halo. Would he also slowly come to the realisation that hell was a mistake? And that in following through with God's will, of punishing these sinners eternally, it will only serve in worsening the issue?

If Odysseus is the next prime soul, there will be no checkpoints in P-3
The last chapter of Ulysses contains 40 pages without any punctuation whatsoever, like a non-stop onslaught of words. To parallel this in P-3, what if there are zero checkpoints throughout the level? Creating one constant flow of enemies, just like the stream of consciousness present in Ulysses
i think it could be an interesting way to ramp up the difficulty from P-2. or it might actually suck from a gameplay standpoint. what do you guys think?
