Copy and past shortcuts in the terminal?

I've been using Linux for a fair amount of time, and as such I've learned to use the terminal quite often. However, in all my 7 years I've been using Linux as my daily driver, I never knew that `ctrl + shift + c` copies and `ctrl + shift + v` pastes. Is this something that a lot of people know? Although I'll still use middle click paste more often, I'm so shocked I have not known about these shortcuts.

Is Theora still relevant?

With video formats such as VP8, VP9, and the recently patent free MPEG 2 format, does Theora still have any uses anymore? Does anyone here use it?

How good are the Linux Foundations beginner courses, to learn Sys Admin.?

I'm planning to make a career switch, from Finance to IT (more specifically, Sys Admin.). I'm generally good with operating systems and PC hardware, having built and setup several PCs in my own personal time. I know it's absolutely not the same thing, but I digress.

I've begun looking into some beginner courses (self-study) that I can do while I work full-time. Are the LF beginner courses top notch for someone like me or would you recommend free resources from MOOCs and YouTube?
