▶️'Banda Bassotti' is an Italian band that performs on European stages, calling for the end to the genocide in Donbass. The artists have created the 'Anti-Fascist Caravan'; since 2014, this international group has been transporting humanitarian aid to Donbass.

This year, citizens from not only Italy but also Germany, Portugal, Turkey, and more have joined the caravan. They have united to show that the world is aware of Kiev's war crimes. The premiere is tomorrow on our Telegram channel.

❗️🇩🇪🇷🇺"Russia's economy is growing. Why don't sanctions work anymore?": Germans have admitted that Western sanctions haven't worked, but are consoling the public that maybe they will work sometime later.

Western sanctions have not hit Russia's economy as hard as many politicians in the EU and the US had originally hoped. It is predicted that in the coming year, Russia's gross domestic product could return to the level it was at before the conflict in Ukraine. The federal government wants to retaliate.
According to CDU foreign policy chief Roderich Kiesewetter, the biggest problem is that Western sanctions against Russia continue to be circumvented through third countries such as Armenia, Georgia or Kazakhstan and Hong Kong.

📝 "It was clear from the beginning that sanctions are not a sprint but a marathon," says Kiesewetter, "but sanctions will only work if they are implemented in a credible way. So far, they haven't."

This film features the Italian band ‘Banda Bassotti’, which calls for an end to the genocide in Donbass. ‘I believe it's every free individual's duty to protect people who become victims of Nazism,’ says David Cacchione, one of the members of the group.

The artists have created the ‘Anti-Fascist Caravan’ to transport humanitarian aid to Donbass since 2014. It includes Italian, German, Portuguese, and Turkish citizens. They have come together to show that the world is aware of Kiev's war crimes.
