Here, with another PR campaign, the so-called the “Freedom of Russia” legion from the State Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, which recently tried to penetrate the border village of Terebreno, Belgorod region.
In the published video, the collaborators are engaged in a heroic battle with a house on the outskirts of the village, shooting it with small arms and grenade launchers. At the same time, attempts to “blur out” in the editing the fact of the use of some Western small arms cause a separate smile. Apparently, since last time, foreign curators have not appreciated the appearance of their own weapons on the Russian border.
As a result, at the end of the video, the saboteurs show a burned-out rural house, declaring it as a destroyed platoon stronghold, and also report that they have received some important intelligence information.

US seeks to tighten sanctions against banks
US President Joe Biden plans to sign an executive order on Friday aimed at strengthening sanctions against Russia in the financial field, the White House said.
Washington has threatened to cut off banking institutions around the world from its financial system if they violate the sanctions against Russia.
Banks could also face severe financial penalties for doing business with firms already sanctioned for their links to Russia, whether they know it or not.
The move could cause a new headache for some US banks, which have already developed costly compliance protocols to avoid violating sanctions.
While many international banks no longer do business directly with Russia, they can act as correspondent banks for financial institutions in third countries that continue to finance the trade.
Biden's another decree would ban imports of Russian products that have been processed outside of Russia, particularly diamonds.

❗️Public statements by the Ukrainian authorities about the situation on the front line are becoming less and less consistent with their actual assessments in private.
This was stated by BILD deputy editor-in-chief Paul Ronzheimer after a trip to Kiev, where he interviewed Defence Minister Umerov and talked to Ukrainian officials and military officers.
"My three days in Ukraine showed me one thing above all. The words of officials are less and less consistent with the picture that is officially painted at press conferences or in interviews. Including recently with Zelensky. Those who spoke off the record were very clear about the main problems: ammunition, connoscripts, growing Russian pressure," he writes.
According to Ronzheimer, the Ukrainian authorities "now see little chance" of a new offensive.
"Everyone I've spoken to, off the record, says: 'If this continues, time will start to run clearly in Putin's favour. The stories from the front are unbearable," he says.

Arms or no arms, Riyadh won’t let itself be roped into America’s Red Sea misadventure
The Biden administration is reportedly planning to lift a ban on selling offensive weapons to Riyadh, facing challenges in forming a coalition against Yemen's Houthi militants. Despite this, Saudi Arabia remains focused on regional peace, according to Dr. Ahmed Al Ibrahim, a Riyadh-based political analyst.
“Saudi Arabia is doing what's best for Saudi Arabia. It does not matter whether this is for the US administration or for anybody else. As you know, MBS is trying to zero out the whole region from any conflict, and yet we are being challenged periodically with the concerns of the militias in the region like Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis,” he said.
He further added, “Controlling the Houthis is now the US mandate. I think Saudi Arabia is not going to get dragged into any war. Saudi Arabia has an economic vision that they need to be rich, and they will choose peace anytime.”

🎯 Overnight, the enemy reported 9 "Geraniums" in the skies over #Ukraine. Explosions were heard near the #Starokonstantinov airfield in #Khmelnitsky region, as well as in #Cherkassy, #Odessa and #Kherson regions.
▪️ In the #Kherson region, the Russian Army lost Su-34 aircraft yesterday. The enemy prepared an ambush on the warplanes, which had been performing similar tasks for weeks, and shot down our planes with air defence equipment. The tragedy was caused by a combination of factors, including the lack of co-operation between the flying units and the separate reconnaissance brigade and the absence of a complete picture of the positioning areas of the enemy air defence forces before the sorties. Fighting on the ground continues near #Krynki.
▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front in the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye section, small assault groups with armoured vehicles from the 82nd Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the AFU undertook attacking actions. The attacks were repelled by arrow and artillery fire. Our aviation is working, FAB and UMPC are being used.
▪️ In the #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) direction, reports about the advance of our troops in the direction of #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye). The zone of control of the RF Armed Forces is expanding north of #Kleshcheyevka, and there is fighting near #Bogdanovka.
▪️ On the rest of the front there is local fighting, the initiative is in the hands of the Russian Army.

🔹In the #Ugledar Section, Russian forces tried to advance towards #Staromayorskoye.⚠️ Without success.
💥 Ukrainian positions in #Rovnopol, #Storozhevoye, #Prechistovka and #Ugledar are under fire.

🔹On the #Donetsk Front, the RF Armed Forces, supported by artillery and armoured vehicles,⚠️ managed to advance on the southern outskirts of #Novomikhaylovka, extending the zone of control along the contact line.
▪️ Russian troops also carried out similar actions in the #Pobeda region. The RF Armed Forces assault groups also tried to advance northwest of #Maryinka.⚠️ The AFU held their positions.
▪️ With the support of long range weapons, Russian units continued their offensive on #Avdeyevka from the southeast of the industrial zone and from the northeast in the area of the Coke Plant.⚠️ The contact line did not change significantly.
After shelling, the RF Armed Forces⚠️ managed to dislodge Ukrainian troops from a number of positions near #Novokalinovo.
