Paper published by a Czech university's Department of Chinese Studies covers the influence of Jewish finance on the rise of Communist China, focusing on the Rothschilds.

Blond hair may not have been introduced to Europe by Ancient North Eurasians after all:

Gene variants that contribute to blue eyes (HERC2) and light skin (SLC45A2), carried by Western Hunter-Gatherers and Early European Farmers respectively, contribute significantly more to blondism than the "blond hair" (KITLG) gene variant carried by Ancient North Eurasians. HERC2 alone is three times more predictive of blondism than KITLG.

This explains why some EEF populations with no ANE admixture, namely the Globular Amphora and Funnelbeaker cultures, had moderate levels of blondism. The earliest Europeans confirmed to have blond hair (as far as I know) are Mesolithic hunter-gatherers from Scandinavia and Ukraine, who had a mixture of WHG and ANE ancestry. They, alongside the aforementioned EEF groups, also had white skin typical of modern Europeans.

The majority of blond Europeans today don't actually carry the ANE blond hair gene variant. Blondism in Europeans is polygenic, meaning that multiple gene variants contribute to the phenotype. Blondism among Melanesians, as far as we know, is monogenic - caused by a single gene variant.

For Europeans and those with European ancestry, the more hair-lightening variants an individual has, the more likely they are to be blond. However, this can be offset by variants that contribute to dark hair. Human skin and eye color are also polygenic. This is why mixed-race people typically have pigmentation that is intermediate between to both parents.
