[2|6] al-Qadarīyyah

As for al-Qadarīyyah, they split into twelve sects as well:

1. al-Ahmadīyyah (الأحمدية) claimed that it was a condition of Allāh’s Justice to give His servants full control over their affairs, and that He Prevents them from falling into sin.

2. ath-Thanawīyyah (الثنوية) claimed that good was from Allāh, and evil was from Iblīs.

3. al-Mu’tazilah (المعتزلة) claimed the creationism of Qur’an, and denied seeing Allāh (in the Hereafter).

4. al -Kaisānīyyah (الكيسانية) claimed that they were not certain whether actions (performed by humans) were performed by Allāh or by humans, and that they did not know whether humans would be rewarded or punished.

5. ash-Shaytānīyyah (الشيطانية) claimed that Allāh did not create the devil.

6. ash-Shirīkīyyah (الشريكية) claimed that all sins were predestined except disbelief (kufr).

7. al-Wahmīyyah (الوهمية) claimed that human actions and speech had no essence, and that good and bad deeds had no essence.

8. ar-Rawandīyyah (الرّيوندية) claimed that it was permissible to act upon any of the books revealed from Allāh, whether these books were abrogated or not.

9. al-Minbarīyyah (المنبرية) claimed that whoever committed a sin then repented, that his repentance would not be accepted.

10. an-Nākithīyyah (النّاكثية) claimed that whoever broke Allāh’s covenant was not a sinner.

11. al-Qāsitīyyah (القاسطية) preferred going after this world (increasing in wealth) over asceticism.

12. an-Nazāmīyyah (النّظامية) followed Ibrāhim Ibn al-Nazām in claiming that whoever says that Allāh was a thing then he is a disbeliever (Kāfir).

*Not everyone is suitable to be your friend...*

Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi said:

“Know that not everyone is suitable to be your friend. You must verify that this potential friend has the neccessary characteristics that make friendship with him something to be desired. The one you seek to befriend must have five characteristics:

1. He must be intelligent, as there is no good in befriending an idiot, as he will only harm you when he wants to benefit you.

2. He must be intelligent, we mean one who understands things as they are, either on his own, or if they are explained to him.

3. He must have good manners, and this is a must. One who is simply intelligent might be overcome by anger or desire, and obey his desire. Thus, there would be no benefit in befriending him.

4. He must not be a fasiq, as such a person would not fear Allah, and whoever does not fear Allah cannot be trusted.

5. He must not be an innovator, as his abundance of innovation is feared from befriending him; he should not be eager for the dunya.”

🌸🌸🌸 Wearing Hair in a Bun Under the Hijāb[Camel Hump]

🖋 Shaykh Muḥammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Albānī

From Abu Hurairah who said the Messenger of Allaah -SallAllaahu alayhi wa Sallam- said:

صنفان من أهل النار لم أرهما قوم معهم سياط كأذناب البقر يضربون بها الناس ونساء كاسيات عاريات مميلات مائلات رءوسهن كأسنمة البخت المائلة لا يدخلن الجنة ولا يجدن ريحها وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة كذا وكذا

✌️ There are two types of the people of the Hell-Fire who I have not seen, a people who have whips like cows’ tails with which they are hitting the people, and women who will be naked in spite of being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others, their heads will be high like a camel with humps they will not enter Paradise, nor will they find its fragrance, even though its fragrance can be found from travelling such and such distance.1

Shaykh, Allaama, Muhadith Muhammad Nasir Deen al-Albaani – May Allaah have mercy upon him.

📞 The Questioner:

What is the ruling of a woman gathering her hair above her neck at the back of the head whereby it is shaped like a ball, taking into consideration that when a woman covers herself with Hijaab the shape of her hair would be apparent from her Hijaab?

☎️ Shaykh Albaani said:

☝️ This is a mistake many women who wear Hijaab fall into, whereby they gather their hair at the back of the head and it bulges out from the back of their head, even though they have covered it with covering Hijaab over it.

📘 Indeed this opposes a condition from the conditions of Hijaab, which I had gathered in my book ‘Hijaab Al-Marata Al-Muslimah min Al-Kitab wa Sunnah‘. From these conditions is that the clothing should not show the shape of the limb or anything from the woman’s body, this is why it is not permissible for a woman to put her hair in a circular shape at the back of her head or at the side of her head whereby it bulges out, so that it appears to the one who sees her, even unintentionally that she has shaggy hair or that she has little hair.

It is obligatory that it is left hanging and not piled up/crumpled up.

a Beautiful Hadith about Betrayal

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: The Prophet (blessings of Allaah upon him and peace) said, "For every betrayer there will be a flag by which he will be recognized on the Day of Resurrection. "
(Bukhari Vol. 9, Book 86, Hadith 96)
Shaykh Ibn Baz (رحمه الله):

“This era is an era of gentleness, patience and wisdom, not an era of harshness. The majority of the people are in ignorance, heedlessly preferring the Dunyaa. So we must be patient and we must be gentle until the Da’wah spreads, until the people reach it and until they know.

We ask Allah to grant everyone guidance.”

❗️ A stern warning from Shaykh Uthaymeen (Rahimahullaah)❗️

🎓Shaykh Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him:And here there is an issue that I remembered now and I wish to caution against it.

And it is that the Prophet said: There is no man to whom Allah has entrusted with the care of people, and he dies while neglecting his flock, except that Allah will forbid Paradise to him. And this responsibility includes the major vast responsibilities and the minor responsibilities. And it includes the man’s responsibility concerning his family. And based upon this, whoever dies while he has left behind in his house a satellite dish, then he has died while betraying his responsibility and he will be forbidden paradise as it is mentioned in the hadith.

📌 For this reason we say, any sin that results from this satellite dish that the person installed before his death, verily every sin that results from it after his death then the sin is upon him; even if a long period of time passes by, and the sins are numerous.

❗️Thus beware my Muslim brother, beware not to leave behind you that which will be a sin against you in your grave. And the satellite dish that you have with you it is obligatory to SMASH it. Because it is not possible for you to utilize it except in a manner which is prohibited. It is not possible to sell it, because if you sold it then you would have imposed upon the buyer using it in disobedience to Allah. And then you would be from those who assist in sin and transgression. And there is no way to repentance from that before death except by smashing this machine; this device that brings about evil and calamities that which is known today to all of the people.

❗️Beware my brother that death should surprise you while you have this filthy device in your home. Beware, beware, for verily you will yield its sin and it shall continue upon you after your death. We ask Allah for safety and security.

The evils of the tongue..👅

The first question of Fatwa no. 18534
Q 1: What are the evils of the tongue?
A: The evils of the tongue include any speech by a Mukallaf (person meeting the conditions to be held legally accountable for their actions) involving violation of the Shari`ah. This speech can be an act of Kufr (disbelief) if the person curses Allah, His Messenger or religion or denies what Allah says in His Glorious Book (The Qur'an).
It can also be an act of immorality or disobedience to Allah, such as telling lies, Namimah (tale-bearing), Ghibah (backbiting), mocking and scoffing at people, Qadhf (falsely accusing a chaste person of involvement in prohibited sexual relations), giving false testimony and making a false oath.

Muhaddith, Shaykh, Allamaa’ Muhammad Nasir uddeen al-Albaani was asked,

Question:

Why use the name Salafee? Is it a call towards a party or a group or a madh-hab (school of thought)? Or is it a new sect in Islaam?

He answered:

‘Indeed the word ‘as-Salaf’ is well known in the Arabic language, and in the Sharia’, and what is important to us here is the research from the Sharia’ point of view. It has been authentically reported from the Prophet -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- that he said to Sayyidah Fatima –Radi Allaahu anhu– during the illness from which he died:

[فاتقي الله واصبري، ونعم السلف أنا لك]

‘Fear Allaah and be patient, for indeed I am a blessed Salaf (Predecessor) for you. [Collected in Saheeh Muslim]’

The scholars used this word ‘as-Salaf’ a lot, and it has been used so much more than can be enumerated, it is sufficient for us to use one example, and that is what we need to fight against Bida’:

[كل خير في اتباع من سلف** وكل شر في ابتداع من خلف]

Every good is in the following of the Salaf and every evil is in the innovations of the Khalaf.

... [in the end Al-Albaanee said] Without doubt the clear, manifest, distinguished, evident evidence of this noscript is to say:

I am a Muslim upon the Book and the Sunnah and upon the methodology of our Salaf as-Salih, and that is to summarize it by saying:

[أنا سلفي]

I am a Salafi.’

Aqeedah, Manhaj, Akhlaq

Aqeedah, Manhaj and Akhlaaq are all together, and you cannot separate them.

Is there a difference between the Aqeedah and the Manhaj?

The Manhaaj is more general [and or broader] than the Aqeedah; the

Manhaaj is in the Aqeedah [beliefs] and in the Sulook [mannerism] and in the Akhlaaq [morals] and in the Mu'a3malaat [mutual relations and business transactions] in the life of every Muslim and in every field in which the Muslim traverses is called the Manhaj. As for Aqeedah, then what is intended by it, is the foundation of Imaan [what the Muslim believes] and the meaning of the Shahadatain [Testification] and that which it comprises of and this is what is meant by Aqeedah.

🎓The Reason Wealth is Mentioned Before Children in the Quraan

Question: Wealth is always mentioned in the Quran before children are, knowing that children are more precious to the father than his wealth. So what is the wisdom behind this?

Answer: The trial of wealth is more because it helps one fulfill forbidden desires as opposed to children.Perhaps an individual could be tested with their children and disobey Allah because of them, however; the trial of wealth is more severe and stronger. Therefore, Allah begins with wealth before children. As the Most High says (و مَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُكُمْ بِالَّتِي تُقَرِّبُكُمْ عِنْدَنَا زُلْفَىٰ ) ( And it is not your wealth or your children that bring you nearer to us in position) ( your wealth and your children are but a trial)(يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تُلْهِكُمْ أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ) . ( O you who have believed, let not your wealth and your children divert you from remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that-then those are the losers.)

RIDICULOUS arguments of those who support Bidah.

Another ridiculous reply we get when we tell people to stop innovating into the religion is:

"Did the prophet (ﷺ) have phones, cars, internet etc"

Or an even more hilarious one: "You're an innovation, you weren't around at the time of the messenger (ﷺ)"

There is a very simple principle that we must understand. Everything in the religion is haram until we have an evidence and everything in the dunya is halal until we have an evidence.

Let me give examples to clarify.

1) If you want to worship Allah then you must have evidence before you do anything, otherwise it will be rejected. It doesn't work the other way around like some people say: "show me an evidence to say I can't celebrate milad" etc. In reality this is silly because it would lead to a complete transformation in the religion away from its original state.

So someone would come and say: " I will pray 7 rakahs for Fajr, show me an evidence that says i can't"

Or a person will come and say "I will make 9 circuits around the kabah in tawaf instead of 7"

Or "show me an evidence to say i can't do the 40 day khatam"

Of course, this will lead to the religion being upon the whims and desires of men and every man will do what he wants.

Rather, every path to Allah is closed unless it was the path taken by the messenger of Allah and his companions.

The messenger (ﷺ) said - "Whoever innovates something in this matter of ours (i.e. Islam) that is not part of it, will have it rejected" - this is conclusive evidence that anything new in the religion is automatically rejected. No questions asked. No proof = rejected.

2) In the dunya, everything is permissible until proven otherwise by a text. For example, i will drive a car until you give me proof that i can't. Or i will use a mobile until you give me proof that i can't and so on. Everything that isnt deen is permissible until proven otherwise. This includes aeroplanes, internet, mobiles etc.

If we just remember this simple principle everything becomes so easy alhamdulillah.

If it wasn't religion 1400 years ago then it isn't religion today.

Deen = must have proof otherwise haram.

Dunya = halal until proven otherwise with text.
