Al-Laith bin Sad and others have said: A man wrote to Ibn Umar رضي الله عنهما saying: Write down (gather) for me all the knowledge. So Ibn Umar رضي الله عنهما wrote back to him: “Verily! Ilm is vast. But if you are capable of:
1. Meeting Allaah تعالى with a light load on your back from (not spilling) the blood of people (unjustly) [1],

*THE ONE WHO VIOLATES THE HONOUR OF THE SCHOLARS, FALLS INTO ONE OF THESE THREE- SHAYKH FAWZAAN*

None violates the honour of the scholars who are upon the truth, except one of three [people]: Either a hypocrite known for [his] hypocrisy, or an evil sinner who hates the scholars because they prevent him from his sinful [acts] of disobedience, or a misguided hizbi who hates the scholars because they neither agree with his hizbiyyah nor with his deviated views.

Why People Invent Bid’ah in religion:
Mu’âdh b. Jabal – Allâh be pleased with him – used to say:
Ahead of you are times of trials (fitan) in which there will be much wealth and in which the Qur’ân will be opened and taken (read) by believers and hypocrites, men and women, young and old and freemen and slaves. At that time it is likely that there will be people who will say, “Why aren’t the people following me when I have read the Qur’ân? They will not follow me until I invent something else.” So, beware of everything that is innovated (in religion), for those things that are innovated are misguidance.
Ibn Waddâh, Al-Bida’ p62, Al-Lâlakâ`î, Sharh Usûl I’tiqâd Ahl –Al-Sunnah wa Al-Jamâ’ah Vol. 1 p125 and others.

🔺FIVE TYPES OF FEAR 🔻
The believer has five types of fear:
1. Allah may take his faith away from him.
2. The recording angels may write down something that may expose him on the Day of Resurrection.
3. Shaytaan may cause his deeds to become invalid.
4. The Angel of Death may come to him without warning.
5. The world may tempt him and distract him from the Hereafter.

When calamities occur reflect on four names of Allah.
1. Al-Aleem
2. Al-Hakeem
3. Ar-Rahmaan
4. Ar-Raheem
Firstly, because Allah has perfect and complete knowledge in general and detail. His knowledge was not preceded by ignorance nor superseded by forgetfulness.
Secondly, Al-Hakeem which indicates putting things in its proper place at the proper time. We are afflicted by the One who is all knowledgeable and wise.
Thirdly, Ar-Rahmaan the Most Beneficent. Whatever affliction we face in reality it is in reality a mercy. Why? Even in a fever it is a mercy. Allah's messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم forbade us from cursing the fever. Why? Because he said:
لا تسبي الحمى فانها تذهب خطايا بني آدم كما يذهب الكير خبث الحديد"
Do not curse the fever for verily the fever removes the sins of the children of Aadam just as the furnace removes filth from steel. "
Saheeh Muslim
Fourthly, Ar-Raheem, the prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم said :
إن الله اذا اراد الله بعبده شراََ امسك ذنبه حتى يوافى به يوم القيامة"
Verily when Allah desires harm for His slave then He withholds from him the punishment for his sins until yaumal qiyaamah where he will receive the full recompense. "
Whatever calamity if it occurs and we believe correctly and act correctly and remain patient they will be rewarded. This is mercy. To this affliction the prophet said :
"أنت عبد أراد الله بك خيرا"
"You are a slave of Allah that Allah desires good for."
May Allaah keep us mindful. اللهم آمين

But if they repent in perfecting their faith and in returning to authentic Sunnah, Allah will ensure victory without the least of doubt!
