The Cure for Satanic Thoughts
Q: Sometimes dangerous notions and ideas come into my mind and I fear that they may remove me from the pale of my religion; what can I do about them?
A: These notions and thoughts are from Satan, who whispers into the hearts of mankind in order to cause confusion to the Muslim; so when you feel any such thing, seek refuge with Allāh and stop thinking about matters of the unseen, matters of (Allāh’s) Attributes and creation, so that your conviction is not weakened.

A pudding made from *talbinah*
(Barley flour and milk), dates, and honey, sprinkled with raisins, cinnamon, honey and blackseeds... Very nutritious, and yummy eaten warm for breakfast, but even yummier refrigerated over night!
#Talbinah:
'Aaisha (radiAllaahu anha) used to say, “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (salAllaahu alayhi wa sallan) saying, ‘The Talbinah gives rest to the heart of the patient and makes it active and relieves some of his sorrow and grief.’”
~ [Saheeh al-Bukhaari (5689)].
The Messenger (salAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “I encourage you to use that which is disliked but beneficial (Talbinah) for by the One whose hand Muhammad’s soul is in, it cleans the stomach of one of you just as dirt is cleaned from the face with water.”
~ [Mustadrak of Haakim (7455), Saheeh as Dhahabi mentioned]
#Milk:
Allaah says,
“And in the cattle there is a lesson for you. We give you to drink of that which is in their bellies, in them you have many benefits, and of them you eat.”

CALAMITIES BEFALLS PEOPLE ACCORDING TO THEIR SINS
It is possible that an old man is humiliated, despite his old age, to the level that people feel sorry for him while he does not realise that what he suffers at old age is because of his negligence to Allāh's rights when he was at a youthful age.
Thus, whenever you see someone is being punished, know that this punishment is due to a sin that he previously committed.

SCHOLARS WHOSE INTEREST IS IN WORLDLY LIFE AND SCHOLARS WHOSE INTEREST IN THE HEREAFTER
The difference between the two types of scholars [i.e. scholars whose interest is in worldly life and scholars whose interest is in the Hereafter] is that on one hand, scholars whose interest is in worldly pleasures are [only] interested in authority and fame that such scholarship entails. They are only concerned with having followers, receiving praises and compliments. On the other hand, the scholars of the Hereafter do not only abstain from all that, but also fear it happening to them and feel pity for those who are afflicted with it.

Nowdays, we see students of Islamic Knowledge who study in Islamic Colleges, taking photos and uploading them over the WhatsApp and social Media.
We would like to remind them of the seriousness of the Sin, they are involved in.
Abdullāh ibn Mas'ūd (رضي الله عنه) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Those who will be most severely punished by Allāh on the Day of Resurrection will be the image-makers." (Reported by al-Bukhāri, see al-Fath, 10/382).
Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: "Shall I not send you on the same mission as the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) sent me? Do not leave any built-up tomb without levelling it, and do not leave any picture in any house without erasing it." (Reported by Muslim and al-Nisā'i; this is the version narrated by al-Nisā'i).
Ibn 'Abbās (رضي الله عنهم) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Every image-maker will be in the Fire, and for every image that he made a soul will be created for him, which will be punished in the Fire." Ibn 'Abbās (رضي الله عنهم) said: "If you must do that, make pictures of trees and other inanimate objects." (Reported by Muslim, 3/1871)
Shaykh Ibn Bāz (رحمه الله) said:
“It is not permissible to picture people whether with their consent or without their consent; and if it is with their consent then the sin is greater. And pictures with souls in them are prohibited, because the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cursed the picture makers”
Refer: “Fataawa Noor ala Darb” (Aqeedah) No.318
Imam Naasiruddin al Albani (رحمه الله).

✒ Da'wah To People Is Better Than Acquiring Worldly Possessions
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : فوالله لأن يهدي الله بك رجلا واحدا خير لك من أن يكون لك حمر النعم
The Messenger of Allāh Ṣallallāhu-'Alaihi Wa Sallam said: “By Allāh, if Allāh guides a single person through you; that is BETTER for you than (a whole lot of) red camels.”
● [رواه البخاري ومسلم]
Imām an-Nawawī Raḥimahullāh said regarding the parable of 'red camels' in the narration: “That is because red camels are from the most valuable of properties to the Arabs.”
Sh. 'Alī b. Yaḥyā al-Ḥaddādī Hafiẓahullāh said whilst mentioning the benefits of this Ḥadeeth: “For a single person to be guided at your hands is better for you than owning the treasures of this world for whatever is in this world will PERISH but whatever is with Allāh will REMAIN.”

When a person curses somebody or something, the curse goes up to heaven and the gates of heaven get closed. Then it comes down to the earth and its gates get closed. Then it turns right and left, and if it does not find an entrance to go anywhere, it returns to the person or thing that was cursed; if he or it deserves to be cursed; otherwise it returns to the person who uttered it.(Related by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad and Abu Dawud in his Sunan). May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions!
