Blessed by the glorious St. Andrew's flag, they have been and remain reliable guardians of the maritime expanses of our homeland, serving faithfully on ships and submarines, in naval infantry, coastal troops, and aviation units. They serve in the name of life, happiness, and the well-being of their fellow citizens.

"If military people, especially those with a special character, military sailors, come together — this is a very good sign. It is a sign that military people who gather together strive for peace, strive for cooperation, and mutual understanding," said Putin.

"In the strategy, we have updated all forecast indicators, and in the target scenario, we have defined a number of key tasks, including the discovery of new large deposits. To achieve this, we will increase efforts for comprehensive exploration of territories, especially in the most remote areas, including the Arctic and the Far East," emphasized Mishustin.
