Our true identity and purpose...to be vicegerents of Allah on earth...for that we need to act as a collective body...work together...and for that we need to think well of each other and have proper Walaa... mutual love and mercy....
It's not about 'me'. It's about the ummah as a whole. So even when severely tested...one would still have to fulfill rights of others and other obligations...and not just be focusing on own misery and be complaining to others and blaming them....
If we ALL individuals act like this...this ummah would thrive bi-idhnillah...

Being religious doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy this world.
In fact Allah سبحانه و تعالى ordered us to enjoy His blessings but without disobeying Him.

Muhammad 47:24
أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ أَمۡ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقۡفَالُهَآ
Do they not then think deeply in the Quran, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?
ފަހެ، قرآن އާމެދު އެއުރެން ވިސްނައި فكر ނުކުރަނީހެއްޔެވެ؟ ނުވަތަ (އެއުރެންގެ) ހިތްތަކުގައި ތަޅުތަކެއް ލެވިފައިވަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

Allah ta'ālā stated :
"...and among you are some who are sent back to a decrepit (old) age, so that they know nothing after having known (much)..." an-Nahl 16:70
It's reported that the tabi'i 'Ikrimah (رحمه الله) remarked: "one who reads the Qurān would not get to such a state".

The Prophet ﷺ, said :
“It is not befitting for anyone to prostrate for anyone else. If it were appropriate for anyone to prostrate for another, I would have ordered a wife to prostrate for her husband, due to the enormity of his rights over her.”
