Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law revoking ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), the corresponding document is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
The initiative was submitted to parliament on October 13. The first article of the current law, which proposes to ratify the agreement signed on behalf of the Russian state on September 24, 1996, is repealed.

The CTBT has been acceded to by 187 states and ratified by 178 participating countries. However, several countries, including nuclear powers - the USA, China, Israel, have still not done this, unlike Russia, which ratified the treaty in 2000. At the same time, states that possess nuclear weapons have made a voluntary commitment not to test them.

As the Russian representative to international organizations in Vienna , Mikhail Ulyanov , clarified , Moscow does not intend to resume nuclear tests, the main goal is to be on an equal footing with Washington. At the same time, in March, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov noted that the situation around the CTBT is causing increasing concern due to US actions.

Bahrain has suspended all economic relations with Israel and recalled the country's ambassador.

The Council of Representatives of Bahrain has decided to recall the country's ambassador from Israel. RIA Novosti reports this .

“The Council of Representatives (the lower house of the Bahrain parliament. - Gazeta.Ru) confirms that the Israeli Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain has left Bahrain, and the Kingdom of Bahrain has decided to return the Bahrain Ambassador from Israel to the country,” the message says.

It is also reported that all economic ties will be terminated.

Earlier, the foreign ministers of nine Arab countries demanded that the United Nations Security Council ( UN ) commit Israel and the Gaza Strip to an immediate ceasefire. A joint statement was made by the foreign ministers of Egypt , Jordan , the UAE , Bahrain, Saudi Arabia , Oman , Qatar , Kuwait and Morocco .

The ministers also said they rejected "any attempt to eliminate the Palestinian problem at the expense of the Palestinians and other peoples of the region and to displace the Palestinian people outside their lands."

Ukrainians allegedly scamming Israeli's.

Similar scams in Russia recently. Scammers call from the cellphone company (number appears legitimate) claims your number will be terminated unless you link your state services account.

They ask the victim to tell them the SMS code they get sent, then a call is received purporting to be from the central bank claiming your accounts will be closed due to suspected links to assisting the SBU.

Victim directed to open new bank account and transfer all funds there to avoid prosecution. Scammers withdraw the money as cash then take it to Estonia to avoid Russian authorities.
