Similar scams in Russia recently. Scammers call from the cellphone company (number appears legitimate) claims your number will be terminated unless you link your state services account.

They ask the victim to tell them the SMS code they get sent, then a call is received purporting to be from the central bank claiming your accounts will be closed due to suspected links to assisting the SBU.

Victim directed to open new bank account and transfer all funds there to avoid prosecution. Scammers withdraw the money as cash then take it to Estonia to avoid Russian authorities.

The discussions have touched upon concessions Ukraine might need to agree to if any deal is to be possible, according to cited Washington officials in US media.

Ukraine’s botched counteroffensive, waning support for sustaining the flow of funds and military aid to Volodymyr Zelensky, and the Palestine-Israel conflict overshadowing the Ukraine crisis have all reportedly prompted the need for talks. “There’s a growing sense that it’s too late, and it’s time to do a deal,” one ex-Washington official was quoted as saying.

Zelensky's office condemned Zaluzhny for words about a "deadlock in the conflict".

Deputy head of the office of the President of Ukraine Igor Zhovkva criticized the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny that the conflict around Square had reached a dead end.
