Homemade ointment for fungus 👍🏻

More than a quarter of a century from all sorts of skin troubles - itching, rashes, fungus, cracks on the heels - I get rid of ointment, which I prepare so. In a half-liter jar put 1 raw egg, cut pieces of 200 grams of butter and pour 100 grams of 70% vinegar.

I close the jar with a plastic lid and put it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

As soon as the shell dissolves - and this is 7-10 days - stir everything well with a wooden spoon. The ointment is ready.

It is enough for a long time. Put a little in a small jar for use, and leave the rest in the refrigerator.

70 PERCENT OF OLIVE OIL IS FAKE!! Here are some tips when buying olive oil.

1. Avoid light olive oil- Its highly refined heated to high temperatures. Olive oil has 0 trans fats. If there are trans fats listed on your label, that bottle has been cut with canola oil or some other nasty oil with trans fats.

2. Avoid olive oil in a clear bottle . Light is the enemy of olive oil. Olive oil is sensitive to light and heat and will oxidize and go rancid much faster . So look for olive oil in a dark bottle, preferably glass.

3. When buying oil oil, buy extra virgin olive oil , cold pressed, and organic. It doesn’t guarantee it’s 100 percent but it will help.

4. Look for a harvest date or a lot number to make sure it is pure . You want to consume it no more than 3 years from the date.

To make non toxic cleaning concentrate just stuff a glass jar full of citrus peels, cover in vinegar and let set for 2 weeks.

BOIL your wooden spoons and utensils at the beginning of every month. Even if you are hand cleaning them or putting them in the dishwasher, they need a deep soak.

To note I hand clean mine usually as dishwasher is typically not recommended. I did this for demonstration purposes.

Just soaking your wooden spoons in boiling water for around 20 minutes to help release oils and liquids that have been absorbed into the wood. Then air dry. Reapply mineral oil food grade to rehydrate the wood so it lasts years and years.

For a deep clean, sanitize your wooden spoons with hydrogen peroxide, allow the wooden spoons to soak for fifteen minutes. Then rinse away the hydrogen peroxide with water and air-dry the spoons before using them again. It’ll kill all the bacteria build up.
