The Rwanda-backed M23 rebels will soon control two regional capital and with that a large portion of ressource-rich territory and of citizen that can be recruited into the Rwandan war machine.
Rwanda will be able to totally control its border with the DRC since Bakuvu was the only point left on the way.
It is now likely that Rwanda will focus and taking the entire DRC - Burundi border thus forcing the Burundi army to withdraw or be trapped and likely be crushed, let’s be honnest here Rwanda is winning and the rest is fleeing/dying their is almost no resistance.

- In Operation True Promise 2 we targeted the Netzarim axis in Gaza where the occupation soldiers were.
- These operations (True Promise 1 & 2) were carried out despite the presence of the largest air defense system in the occupied territories, in addition to American warships and fighter jets, as well as the use of the entire region’s radar network to monitor Iranian missiles.
- Despite all this, more than 75% of Iranian missiles hit their targets accurately.
- The range of Iranian missiles now reaches 2,000 kilometers and there are no technical obstacles to increasing it.
- We assure the Iranian people that war will not break out because the enemies know what the price of "stupidity" will be and therefore will not dare to do so.

According to Haaretz, the Israeli delegation heading to Qatar for negotiations will not advance to the second phase of the agreement
Israeli sources have told Haaretz that they believe Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu intends to sabotage the Gaza hostage and ceasefire deal and that Israeli negotiators headed to Qatar will not advance the agreement to its second phase.
“It’s a show,” one source told Haaretz . “Netanyahu is signaling quite clearly that he doesn’t want to move to the next phase. He’s sending a team without a mandate and without the ability to do anything.”
The report comes as Netanyahu is returning to Israel after his week-long trip to the US, where he received a strong show of support from President Trump and congressional lawmakers. During the visit, Trump advanced new arms deals for Israel , sanctioned the International Criminal Court (ICC) on behalf of Netanyahu, and floated his plan for a US “takeover” of the Gaza Strip , which has emboldened Netanyahu and his allies to advance their goal of ethnic cleansing.
Another source speaking to Haaretz said Netanyahu’s conduct could jeopardize the current phase of the ceasefire. “The process is working, hostages are being released, but Hamas is doing this with the expectation of a second stage, leading to a [full] ceasefire and Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. Once Hamas realizes there won’t be a second stage, they may not complete the first,” the source said.
Israeli forces have continued to kill Palestinians inside Gaza throughout the ceasefire, but so far, Hamas hasn’t responded. It’s possible Israel could ramp up the violence in Gaza in an effort to provoke Hamas as a way to restart its genocidal war with US support.

US-Backed SDF Ready To 'Integrate' Into New Syrian Army
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are under pressure to give up their weapons, dissolve, and merge into the new Syrian army led by former Al-Qaeda leader Ahmad al-Sharaa
The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on 18 February that key agreements had been reached among stakeholders in northern and eastern Syria “to enhance cooperation and stability in Syria.”
The agreements were reached following a meeting involving the SDF, the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), and the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) and are meant to pave the way for a future agreement with the new Syrian government in Damascus.
The SDC is the political wing of the SDF, while the AANES is the official governing entity in areas of north and east Syria occupied by SDF forces.
According to a post on X by the commander of the SDF’s Northern Brigade, Abu Omar al-Idlibi, the meeting resulted in agreement on eight main points.
The participants agreed to integrate all security institutions into the structure of the Syrian army “with the aim of unifying efforts and strengthening national power.”
Ahmad al-Sharaa, Syria’s current self-appointed president and a former leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq and in Syria who went by the nom de guerre Abu Mohammad al-Julani, has demanded that the SDF, which enjoys strong US backing, dissolve and merge its fighters as individuals into the new Syrian army.
SDF leader Mazloum Abdi has previously insisted that SDF fighters be merged into the army as units remaining under Kurdish command.
The participants further agreed to reactivate state-affiliated civil and service institutions in northern and eastern Syria to ensure the provision of basic services.
It was also agreed that “all non-Syrian fighters must withdraw from the ranks” of the SDF.
Some commanders and fighters in the SDF are Turkish Kurds who are members of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which is considered a terrorist group by Turkiye. Syria’s new government, whose leaders were previously designated as terrorists by the UN, is strongly supported by Ankara.
Participants in the meeting also agreed to intensify coordination with the Syrian government in Damascus to “enhance cooperation on national issues.”
They also affirmed the “importance of Syria’s territorial integrity” and that “incorporating local forces into the Syrian army would strengthen its ability to protect the homeland.”
Some Kurds have demanded that the areas under SDF control, known as “Rojava,” become a state independent of Syria.

Israeli War Chief Creates Office To Arrange 'Voluntary Exit' Of Palestinians From Gaza
Israel is pressuring Palestinians to permanently leave Gaza after laying waste to large swathes of the strip and making it almost uninhabitable due to 15 months of bombing
Defense Minister Israel Katz announced the establishment of a new directorate in the Defense Ministry tasked with creating a plan for Palestinians to “voluntarily” leave the Gaza Strip, the Times of Israel reported on 18 February.
The new directorate was established during an assessment held Monday on the subject of Palestinians “leaving Gaza,” his office said. It will include representatives from various government ministries and defense bodies.
The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) presented Katz with an initial proposal for ridding Gaza of Palestinians to make way for Jewish settlers.
“The plan includes extensive assistance that will allow any Gaza resident who wants to emigrate to a third state, to receive support that includes special departure arrangements through the sea, air, and land, among other things,” Katz’s office stated.
Earlier this month, Katz said he had ordered the army to formulate a plan to “allow” Palestinians to leave Gaza.
