해상풍력 시장 분위기 급호전
-미국, 유럽의 중단되었던 프로젝트들 재개
-뉴욕, 뉴져지 등에서 건설 중단된 프로젝트들 내년 초 높아진 전력 판매 단가로 재입찰
-영국이 해상풍력 입찰단가의 상한선을 66% 상향한데 이어
-Orsted는 2022년 낙찰받고 건설을 주저하던 Hornsea3(2.9GW)프로젝트의 최종 투자를 확정
