Rythym is a fundamental law of the universe. Tide comes in, tide goes out, night turns to day turns to night again.
Duality between these two poles gives rise to existence, high is defined relative to low.
I think it's important to live in harmony with this idea, don't try to force anything that won't fit in with your current flow.
Easier said than done perhaps... But just having awareness of this idea is probably a good start.

Being halfway through the first dune book, it's absolutely incredible, it's engaging, imaginative and has much depth.
Not only does the story explore race, ecology, politics, duty, honor and more with fascinating depth. But it interweaves these themes together to create something Incredibly compelling.
I don't need to tell you to read this incredible book, but I would say, find something to capture your imagination, something enriching within which to escape, get lost in it and let your imagination flourish.

My most vivid memories of experiencing flow state were when I used to play football.
My coach would tell me not to think about what I was going to do, when i hesitated I would have the ball stripped.
Further, I noticed that when I didn't think of the opposition player that was marking me I would play much better.
There were times when I have no memory other than receiving the ball and putting the ball in the back of the net.
I believe flow state is the most pure expression of existence, and that it's Gods expression through you. Although it is difficult to cultivate, the way to it is an empty mind. Get out of your own head, and don't let your mind 'add resistance to the circuit of expression'.
This principle, flow state or (Wu wei in Taoism) applies to anything and everything.

If you're looking for a useful bit of kit I would recommend purchasing an ereader. Remember, it's as important to train your mind as it is to train your body.
You can store more books than you'll ever read in a small space, have them at your fingertips anywhere and download whatever you want for free. It's really useful, especially if you're like me an don't like holding alot of physical possessions.
Another useful thing is that this is a device which distracts you from that other small device you're always looking at. Useful for when you catch a train or get into bed (because the ink screen has no refresh rate it doesn't strain your eyes like an LED in other devices).
Further the one pictured (kobo H20) has backlit screen for late night reading, and is waterproof, so it performs awesome in the tub after a long day.
I've had mine 3 months and zero regrets

Today I was practicing a nice footwork movement called the diamond step.
I really like the fluidity of this movement, the weight shifts from left side of your body to the right, as you slip, pivot and skip.
Although I'm a newbie when it comes to boxing, I feel like this movement is powerful for opening angles and a staple of dexterous footwork. You can see from the other video that it's quite deadly too.
Here is the video tutorial for the movement

The purest relationship is one where people don't "need" each other
Companionship is based on genuine longing for the other
If you "need" someone, then you are selfish.
Because you are trying to fill a void in your life through them.
Expectations, will dilute the truthfulness, sincerity in relationships
Giving to other, without expectations, is pure and pious.
Any other relationship is just based on compromises and self interest
A lifelong deal of inexplicable suffering and frustration
