Form of government matters less than you think, because even a “based dictator” cannot save a lost race. It’s ultimately up to your people whether they want to survive and thrive or not — it’s their choice on the collective level in the long run.

99.99999999% of people in human history were "far-right" because being "far-right" (i.e. believing in hierarchy, strong families, strong nations, traditional culture, healthy lifestyle, etc.) is just default human behavior. The point of the "current thing" meme is not that the events which constitute the "current thing" aren't of real significance. The point is that the "current thing" dominates the public consciousness, allowing the regime to bury it's extremely recent wrongdoings.
No one is claiming that the Russia-Ukraine conflict is manufactured. It's of massive significance. The point is that public is so caught up in the spectacle that they have more or less have forgotten about the tyrannical vaccine campaign and are relatively uninterested in the horrific revelations which have to light since.
Obviously, the Russia-Ukraine conflict isn't a distraction. What is a distraction is the spectacle. That people on the right are arguing about who they "support" in a conflict which they have no influence over rather than considering that there will be major food and energy shortages in the near future.
Hot takes on the "current thing" are the right-wing version of shitlibs supporting the "current thing". Spectacle is a distraction from the real-life decisions you will have to make.
