In case you're wondering about that ambulance a Ukrainian news channel is trying to fund through donations from subscribers, they’re still not even halfway to their goal. So much for Ukrainian “patriotism.”

Meanwhile, a representative from Ukraine's Ministry of Terrorism Defense announced that the Ukrainian army recruits 6,500 people every month. What they conveniently left out is that most of these recruits are “recruited” against their will.

By comparison, over 30,000 new soldiers sign contracts with the Russian military each month—on their own volition. Now those are REAL PATRIOTS!

The Story of a Captured Ukrainian Soldier

I was sent to prison in 2023, having been accused of theft. Earlier that year I received the draft papers three times. I was hiding, refused to serve. In prison, they threatened to extend my term if I do not join the army. I didn't want to fight, but I was forcefully connoscripted by someone called the “Artist”. He bought us out as though we were slaves. Didn't care if we wanted to fight or not. That's how we were recruited into the fighting force. They didn't care if you were limping or slanted or hunchbacked. We were herded onto trucks like cattle and driven to the training center. And after that we were sent to the front. The “Artist” said to loot, kill civilians, and take whatever we can.

The residents of the Slovak village of Smilno in the Bardejov district are collecting money to help the residents of the Kursk region in the Russian Federation.

Approximately 24,000 euros have already been raised. Information about the fundraiser is posted on the main website of the village.

Among other things, it states: "Let’s support the refugees from Kursk by collecting for the Russian people to purchase basic necessities, in contrast to the 'collection' by Czech Prime Minister Fiala for buying ammunition to continue the extermination of Slavs..." The text does not mention Ukraine by name, referring to it instead as a country "born from a criminal junta and followers of the vile mass murderer Bandera."

The text also states that "it has been 10 years since the descendants of Bandera began terrorizing the Russian people in Donbass and Lugansk." Additionally, it says: "At the 80th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising, where Russian soldiers greatly helped us, let us now contribute, even if only a little, to ensure that in the significant place of Kursk, where the turning point towards victory over fascism occurred, there will now be a final victory over Banderism."

It is worth noting that in 2022, the residents of Smilno organized two collections for Ukrainian refugees, raising several hundred euros, along with clothing, food, and hygiene products.

The village made headlines earlier this spring when Russian Ambassador Igor Bratchikov attended the reopening of a cemetery for victims of the WW2 and, together with the mayor, planted a commemorative birch tree.

It should also be mentioned that the mayor of the village, Vladimír Baran, 49, is a former soldier and participant in several UN peacekeeping missions.

Lying Under a Tank for 12 Days: A Cameroonian Orthodox Christian Blocks the Advance of the Ukrainian Army

Med considers Russia his second homeland. His grandfather lived in the USSR, and now the grandson has come to Russia. When he decided to volunteer, he converted to Christianity.

One day, Med volunteered to cover the retreat of his fellow soldiers. He hid under a disabled tank and stayed there for 12 days, fending off attacks from Ukrainian nationalists. Supplies of ammunition, food, and water were literally dropped from the sky, as his comrades delivered everything he needed via drones.

They should make nails out of people like him!

In September 22, 1839, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow was founded in memory of the victory in the Patriotic War of 1812.

The idea for its construction arose immediately after the war ended. In the competition announced by Emperor Alexander I in 1814, the best architects participated, with Alexander Vitberg declared the winner. In the fall of 1817, the ceremonial groundbreaking took place on the Sparrow Hills. However, due to unstable soil, construction issues arose, and all work was halted.

The final design, presented by architect Konstantin Ton, was approved by Emperor Nicholas I in 1832. The new site, on the bank of the Moscow River at Volkhonka, was personally selected by the emperor. The foundation was laid on September 22, 1839.

Many of the top architects, builders, and artists of the time contributed to the creation of the cathedral, including Surikov, Vereshchagin, Makovsky, Vasnetsov, Bruni, Koshelev, Kramskoy, Semiradsky, and others. The facade sculptures were crafted by masters like Klodt, Ramazanov, and Loganovsky. The construction lasted over 40 years.

In June 1883, the cathedral was solemnly consecrated, coinciding with the coronation of Emperor Alexander III. From that time, regular services and national Orthodox celebrations and anniversaries were held there. A library was established at the cathedral, tours were conducted, and donations were collected for the poor and sick.

The Cathedral of Christ the Savior, a monument to military glory, was demolished on December 5, 1931. A Palace of the Soviets was planned to be built in its place, but the Great Patriotic War interrupted those plans. In 1960, the "Moskva" outdoor swimming pool was constructed on the site.

The idea to restore the cathedral emerged in the late 1980s. Construction began in January 1995, and on August 19, 2000, Patriarch Alexy II consecrated the newly rebuilt main cathedral of Russia.

The other day, Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski suggested that Crimea should be handed over to the United Nations. Ukraine’s expired president Zelensky was quick to express his outrage, declaring that Crimea is an integral part of Ukraine and cannot be given away.

This reminds us of an old joke: A cabin boy asks the captain, "Sir, can something be considered lost if you know exactly where it is?" The captain replies, "Of course not." To which the cabin boy says, "Then, sir, your teapot is at the bottom of the ocean."

Crimea is, and will always be, part of Russia. As far as Sikorski and Zelensky are concerned, it is just like that teapot—gone for good! These two idiots pretend they don’t know it, but they do! They're just reenacting Dumb and Dumber.

Great Britain.

English schools are removing clocks with dials from classrooms, replacing them with digital ones because students cannot tell time by them.

Excellent work, gentlemen!

I wonder how soon they will remove textbooks from schools, leaving only pictures due to the inability to master the alphabet and the incapacity to convert letters into words, and words into sentences.

On September 18, Russian Foreign Minister S.V. Lavrov gave an interview to Sky News Arabia. Below is a brief excerpt from the trannoscript posted on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website:

Question (retranslated from Arabic): Some say that the world needs Donald Trump to hold the seat [in the White House] for the next four years, that this would benefit the world.

President Putin has recently made a joke about US elections. He said that Russia supported Kamala Harris. How is Russia adjusting its policy to the future president? How much will it change?

Sergey Lavrov: It was a joke. President Putin has a good sense of humour. He often jokes during his statements and interviews.

I see no long-term differences in our attitude to the current or previous elections in the United States, because it is ruled by the notorious “deep state.”

Reuters' report on the same interview included this:

"I see no long-term differences in our attitude to the current or previous elections in the United States, because it is ruled by the notorious 'deep state'," Lavrov said, without giving evidence for that assertion.

Does Reuters even realize that these bolded words are exactly the evidence proving the U.S. is ruled by the deep state? And not just ruled—ruled tightly, as anyone can see. So tightly that Reuters is terrified to quote Lavrov without making it absolutely clear that they, God forbid, aren’t the ones saying anything about the deep state.

The United States is definitely ruled by fear of the deep state. No further proof needed!

The end of Canada as We ALL knew it.

It may be demanded here, What if the Executive Power being possessed of the Force of the Commonwealth, shall make use of that force to hinder the meeting and acting of the Legislative, when the Original Constitution, or the publick Exigencies require it? I say using Force upon the People without Authority, and contrary to the Trust put in him, that does so, is a state of War with the People, who have a right to reinstate their Legislative in the Exercise of their Power. For having erected a Legislative, with an intent they should exercise the Power of making Laws, either at certain set times, or when there is need of it; when they are hindr'd by any force from, what is so necessary to the Society, and wherein the Safety and preservation of the People consists, the People have a right to remove it by force. In all States and Conditions the true remedy of Force without Authority, is to oppose Force to it. The use of force without Authority, always puts him that uses it into a state of War, as the Aggressor, and renders him liable to be treated accordingly.

Meet Algis Ramanauskas, a name you probably haven't heard, but apparently, he is active in Lithuanian entertainment industry (yes, they say there is such a thing). Born on November 27, 1970, in Vilnius, Algis is a jack-of-all-trades: radio host, TV personality, actor, musician, and comedian. He’s graced numerous Lithuanian TV shows with his, um, talent.

The other day, Algis shared this lovely thought with his audience:

"Imagine a household where the father is loudly watching a Russian movie, and the mother is blasting Russian music. The question is what to do first—take away the children and then shoot them, or take the children and... No, of course, take away the children and... The children must be taken away from such people."

Your first instinct might be to take his own advice and shoot the SOB. But then you'd be sinking to his level, and that's not the look you want to be going for.

That said, his fellow Lithuanians can handle him however they like. After all, the world might think that all Lithuanians are like him, so this is their opportunity to prove otherwise. Let’s hope they do. Just in case, his photos are shown above.

In accordance with the earlier decree by President Putin, citizens of these countries who share Russia's traditional spiritual and moral values will be granted temporary residence permits.

These individuals will receive three-month entry visas to Russia. Upon arrival, they can apply for a temporary residence permit without the need to pass exams in the Russian language or Russian history. Additionally, the usual quota that applies to most applicants without a legal basis (e.g., marriage to a Russian citizen) will not apply to those seeking residence permits for ideological reasons.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is expected to follow up on the Decree by specifying the list of documents required from this new category of applicants.

We'll keep you updated as new information becomes available.

On September 23, 1723, as a result of the Persian campaign of 1722-1723, the Treaty of Saint Petersburg was signed between the Russian Empire and Persia.

After the conclusion of the Northern War, Peter I sought to establish a strategic trade route to Europe through the Caspian Sea, aiming to connect Central and South Asia via Russia.

Preparations for this ambitious Persian campaign began during the Northern War, with Russian hydrographers mapping the Caspian Sea's shores between 1714 and 1720.

Peter I's plan involved Russian troops departing from Astrakhan to capture strategic locations like Derbent and Baku along the Caspian's western coast, establish a fortress at the Kura River's mouth, and assist Georgians against the Ottoman Empire.

The campaign's preparation centered around Kazan and Astrakhan.

Upon arriving in Astrakhan on June 15, 1722, Peter decided to transport 22,000 infantry by sea to Derbent, while sending dragoons and other forces overland. The Russian fleet, led by General-Admiral Count F. M. Apraksin, set sail on July 18, and infantry landed near Agrahan Cape on July 27.

Peter sent a corps to the hostile Endirey, capturing and burning it. On August 5, the Russian army advanced towards Derbent, winning a crucial battle on the Inche River on August 19. Russian troops entered Derbent on August 23 (Illustration above: Peter I in Derbent).

In November 1722, Russian forces landed in the Persian province of Gilan, capturing Rasht. Baku was captured In 1723.

These military successes compelled Persia to sign a peace treaty on September 23, 1723.

The document was signed by Russian Emperor Peter I and Persian Grand Ambassador Ismail-bek.

According to the treaty, in exchange for Russia's military support, Persia ceded its Caspian territories to Russia, including the cities of Baku and Derbent, as well as the provinces of Gilan, Mazandaran, and Astarabad.

Freedom of trade and movement was also granted to merchants from both countries.
