▶️Vladimir Zelensky’s team is getting so brazen about misusing the military aid for Ukraine, even the Western media has taken notice.

Back in April, independent reporter Seymour Hersh accused Zelensky of embezzling money from a financial aid package. Later in May, the news agency Eprimefeed discovered millions of dollars on Zelensky’s account. In 2022, Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine director confirmed the weapons supplied by the US and Europe were resold.

So why does America choose to ignore the massive corruption and continues to fund Kiev?

The Ukrainian president had earlier invited the former US president to Kiev, following Trump's words that he could end the conflict in Ukraine in 24 hours if he were president. Zelensky intended to show Trump that this was impossible - though many saw the invitation primarily as an ambiguous hint to the Biden administration.

📝 "I have a lot of respect for President Zelensky, but I think it would be inappropriate to go to Ukraine at this time. He's being dealt with by the [Joe] Biden administration right now and I would hate to create a conflict of interest," Trump said.

For the Republican, who is aiming to become president again, a trip to Kiev could have been a powerful campaign boost. However, Trump's refusal suggests that he, like many others in Washington, has already written off Ukraine and does not believe that by 2024 support for the Kiev junta will be favored in American society.

😏 But Zelensky finds himself in an awkward situation, as he just showed Biden his unreliability but failed to gain new allies. However, Grandpa Joe is ready to pour money into the corrupt Kiev regime, even if his own country collapses afterwards.

The ‘RT.DOC: Time of Heroes’ documentary films festival will be held abroad for the first time!

📍On November 11, viewers in Ankara, Türkiye, will see films about Donbass. Come to the Russian House at 6 p.m.!

There are four films in the program. The festival will open with ‘Dr Donbass: Behind the frontline’ by our military documentary author Olga Kiriy. We will also show war correspondent Mikhail Burov’s ‘Young Hope of Donbass’ and Ekaterina Kitaitseva’s ‘Walking After War’. The guests will then see ‘Oblast’ by correspondents of the Turkish Ulusal channel during their trip to Donbass.

The festival will be held as part of a joint project of RT and Rossotrudnichestvo.
