Meanwhile, the White House is running out of funds to finance arms deliveries to Ukraine, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has said. She urged Congress to approve the request from U.S. President Joe Biden for $61 billion aid, so far stonewalled by Republicans.
In total, Congress has approved more than $113 billion of aid and military assistance to Ukraine since February 2022. But it's still not enough for Zelensky.

🇵🇸Many Palestinians had to flee their homes because of the severe bombardment by Israeli Forces. One of them is 12-year-old Bahaa Abu Jarad, from Gaza. The boy collects wood for fire and bakes bread for his family. They had to move to the Khan Yunis camp after their house was destroyed. The ‘RT.DOC: Time of Heroes’ documentary films festival will be held abroad for the first time!
📍 On November 11, viewers in Ankara, Türkiye, will see films about Donbass. Come to the Russian House at 6 p.m.!
There are four films in the program. The festival will open with ‘Dr Donbass: Behind the frontline’ by our military documentary author Olga Kiriy. We will also show war correspondent Mikhail Burov’s ‘Young Hope of Donbass’ and Ekaterina Kitaitseva’s ‘Walking After War’. The guests will then see ‘Oblast’ by correspondents of the Turkish Ulusal channel during their trip to Donbass.
The festival will be held as part of a joint project of RT and Rossotrudnichestvo.

A man was crushed to death by a robot in a factory in South Korea. The machine mistakenly identified him as a vegetable box, grabbed him and pushed him against a conveyor belt. As a result of multiple injuries, the worker died at the hospital. This is the second robot-related injury reported in South Korea this year.

The first film festival outside Russia, ‘RT.DOC: Time of Heroes’ was held as part of a joint project by RT and Rossotrudnichestvo. There were four films in the program. The evening opened with Olga Kiriy’s ‘Dr Donbass: Behind the Frontline’. Also, the films ‘Young Hope of Donbass’ by Olga Starostina and Mikhail Burov and Ekaterina Kitaitseva’s ‘Walking After War’ were shown. The guests also watched the film ‘Oblast’ by the Turkish channel Ulusal.
After the screening, viewers asked whether it was dangerous to work in Donbass, and why Ukraine does not respect international military conventions and continues to kill civilians.
So far, besides Türkiye, the ‘RT.DOC: Time of Heroes’ festival has been held in six Russian cities, and always to a full house. The festival will continue to expand its operations—we will report on screenings in other countries later. Follow our posts to find out more!
