Do Not Grieve Over The Past
Shaykh AbduRahmaan As-Sa'adi [رحمه الله] said:
❝Do not grieve over past matters which have not been destined, from ill health, or loss of wealth or a worldly matter, etc.
Your concern should be with rectification of actions on the day.
Since a person is living in the moment. He should not be saddened for what has passed. Also he should not research into the future where that research would not be of any benefit.
It is upon you to be truthful, fulfill your contracts, keep to one's promises and justice in all dealings.
Fulfilling rights completely and perfectly with a tranquil soul and with truthful pure Eemaan.
Busy yourself with your own mistakes and your matters, rather than the mistakes of the people and their matters.
Deal with everyone according to their situation and condition, whether he is a senior, or youngster, male or female, a leader or a follower.
Be gentle and merciful to everyone even animals and livestock, since indeed Allaah is merciful to his merciful worshippers.
Be balanced in all your matters, and open up your mind to every religious and worldly benefit.❞

The more a person increases their knowledge of Allah and their understanding of Him, the less they complain to creation, directing their grievances solely to the Creator. As it is said, ﴿قالَ إِنَّما أَشكو بَثّي وَحُزني إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَعلَمُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ما لا تَعلَمونَ﴾.
When a servant frequently calls upon Allah, hopes for His mercy, feels his need for Him, and humbly supplicates before Him to fulfill his needs and alleviate his hardships, he frees himself from the bondage of creation. His soul ascends, his monotheism strengthens, and he rises in the ranks of servitude. Ibn Taymiyyah stated, "The more the servant hopes for Allah's grace and mercy to fulfill his needs and relieve his hardships, the stronger his servitude becomes and the more liberated he is from everything else."
Complaining to creation weakens the servant's monotheism and reliance on Allah; its harm is often greater than its benefit, and most of the time, disappointment comes from it. Ibn Taymiyyah remarked, "For when a person complains to creation, the harm they cause is closer than the benefit they provide. However, when one complains to the Creator, expresses their needs, and seeks forgiveness for their sins, He supports and strengthens them, guides them, fulfills their needs, enriches them, draws them near, loves them, and chooses them... This is a vast topic that I have extensively written about and experienced: both in knowledge and in practice."

My dear brother and sister, there are secrets whispered only in the silence of the night — treasures known to the hearts of the righteous. When the world sleeps and voices fall silent, a chosen few rise — not for recognition or applause, but to stand before the One who never sleeps, whose mercy never slumbers. In the stillness of the night prayer, the soul unveils its truest self — speaking in the pure language of humility, need, and desperate longing.
Tāwūs (may Allah have mercy on him) once said, as reported in al-Faraj baʿda al-Shiddah by Ibn Abī al-Dunyā:
“I was in the Ḥijr one night when ʿAlī ibn al-Ḥusayn — Zayn al-ʿĀbidīn — entered. I said to myself, ‘A righteous man from a household of righteousness — tonight I will listen to his duʿāʾ.’ So he prayed, then went into sujūd, and I leaned in to hear him.
He said in his prostration: ‘Your servant is at Your door. Your destitute one is at Your door. Your poor one is at Your door. Your beggar is at Your door.’
Tāwūs then said, ‘I memorised these words — and never did I call upon Allah with them in a moment of hardship except that He relieved me.’”
This is the essence of the night prayer. Not crafted phrases or eloquent speech, but a heart stripped of pride, casting itself in poverty before its Lord. No noscripts, no claims, no demands — just a servant broken before the King of kings, knowing with certainty: if He does not open the door, no one else can.
O you who seek healing…
O you whose heart is weary…
O you who knock on every door but find no peace…
Rise before dawn. Stand when others sleep. Place your head in sujūd and say little — but let it come from the depths of your soul. Speak the words of the broken: “I am Your servant at Your door…” — and let the Most Merciful open for you what no human could ever unlock.
And remember: the doors of true relief are not carved of wood nor guarded by kings. They are opened by foreheads lowered to the earth, by tears shed in hidden hours, by hearts that tremble in sujūd. Bow your head… and you will find the gates of mercy unlocking before you.
Never tire of calling upon your Lord. Persevere, even when the response seems delayed. For it has been narrated in Rasāʾil Ibn Rajab that when a servant calls upon Allah, and Allah loves him, He says:
“O Jibrīl, do not hasten to fulfil his need — for I love to hear his pleading.”
So plead. Whisper. Weep. And know: the One you are calling upon hears — and He loves to be called.

ISLAM WILL ENTER EVERY HOME
Regardles who does what to Islam and Muslims, whether it's America, Russia, China, India or Israel, light and honor Allah promised and conferred on His final message and Messenger will be realized with or without you. Islam will enter every home whether they're palatial mansions or wattle and daub shacks in far away places. This will happen, this will happen, this will happen.
After all it's His religion ( Deen ) and He will preserve and protect it using His most pious slaves. And He will doubtless show the kuffaar (the disbelievers) His Might and the basic knowledge that the Dominion belongs to Him. As for you (O Muslim )! Do remain sincere and hold on to it tenaciously to the sound, uncorrupt Aqeedah and build righteous actions upon that. Shun all deviant groups and flee to the noble scholars. This is what is expected of you O slaves of Allah.
Tamim al-Dari (radiallahuanhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhiwa sallam) said,
"This matter will certainly reach every place touched by the night and day. Allah will not leave a house or residence but that Allah will cause this religion to enter it, by which the honorable will be honored and the disgraceful will be disgraced. Allah will honor the honorable with Islam and he will disgrace the disgraceful with unbelief.” [Source: Musnad Aḥmad 16509.Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani]

As a mature adult, you should never place the affairs of your life in another person's hands. Most people place their affairs in the hands of others because they lack the maturity required to deal with their own problems. The problem with placing your affairs in another person's hands is that you open yourself up to be manipulated and exploited. Dealing with your own problems and your own affairs, even while making mistakes, is better for you than to trust somebody else with your affairs. Accountability and responsibility are signs of maturity.
Imam Ash-Shaafi' said it best:
ما حكّ جلدك مثلُ ظفرك *** فتولّ أنت جميع أمرك
Nothing scratches your itching skin better than your own nails, so take control of all your affairs in your life.

My dear brother and sister, love is not a mere emotion—it is the very foundation upon which this universe was built. Imām Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said in al-Dāʾ wa al-Dawāʾ: “Indeed, the entire world was founded upon love.” When the heart is stripped of emotion and dry of mercy, the world becomes a suffocating prison—dark, heavy, tasteless. A place where the soul is caged, suffocated in a body that feels as though it wanders blindly through ruins.
Reflect on the Prophet’s words ﷺ: “This is a mountain that loves us, and we love it.” Mount Uḥud, solid and unmoving, feels love. So what of that which is above the level of stone — plants, animals, hearts? Generations before us told of trees that shaded the homes of their owners — and when those owners passed away, the trees simply withered. It wasn’t from thirst. It wasn’t from disease. It just dried up — for no visible reason. How and why? Allah alone knows. And how many animals have refused food or drink after their owner’s death — until they themselves perished? This world is filled with wonders — but man, in his limitation and shortsightedness, hardly sees them. He deals with the signs of creation in a flawed and negligent way.
Indeed, there was a stone that used to give salām to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. And the trunk of the tree in the Prophet’s masjid — when it was left after he began to deliver sermons from the minbar — it cried. It wept with a sound of sorrow. It groaned until its cry was heard. The Prophet ﷺ came down and embraced it — cradled it as a merciful mother cradles her weeping child — until it settled. Then he said: “By the One in whose Hand is my soul, had I not done so, it would have continued to cry until the Day of Resurrection.” A trunk. A piece of wood. A lifeless object. But it loved the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
So where is our love? We — who have been honoured with hearts, with intellects, with Qur’ān, with Sunnah, with knowledge of who he is ﷺ — where is our yearning? Our reverence? Our trembling attachment to the one who loved us before we were born, who cried for our salvation, who will intercede for us on the Day of Standing?
O servant of Allah, the stone gave salām, the trunk wept, the mountain loved. And we — do we not yearn? Do we not feel shame before such loyalty from lifeless objects? Love him with your heart, follow him with your actions, increase in sending peace and blessings upon him every time you remember him, defend his Sunnah, and be steadfast upon it until you meet him at the ḥawḍ on the Day of Judgment.
اللهم صل وسلم وبارك على عبدك ونبيك، وصفيك ونجيك، وخليلك، نبينا محمد ﷺ.

Angels pray behind those who say Adhaan and Iqamah before praying
Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said: “If a man is in a deserted land and the time of prayer arrives, thus he performs ablution (wudhu); and if he does not find water he performs the dry ablution (tayammum).
If he gives the Iqama [and offers prayer], his two angels offer prayer with him, and if he gives the Adhan and Iqama, an army of Allah pray behind him – the two sides of which is not visible [due to it’s sheer number].”
(Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq no: 1955 and Al-Mu’jam al-Kabir of Tabarani 6/249)
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani

DO YOU FEEL WORRIED AND SAD THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE COMMITTED A SIN AND BE PUNISHED FOR IT?
Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said in his Al-Fawāid:
“If your heart feels tight and heavy after sinning, then rejoice! For this is a sign of life in your heart.”
SIGN OF TAQWA (Consciousness of Allah)
Al-Hasan al-Basri (رحمه الله) said,
“Verily, the believer is a guardian over himself and he holds himself accountable to Allah Almighty. The reckoning will only be lightened on the Day of Resurrection for people who held themselves accountable in this world.”

The Value of Two Rak'ah Before Fajr Prayer
Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Prophet ﷺ said, "The two Rak'ah before the dawn (Fajr) prayer are better than this world and all it contains". Muslim
Another narration: "The two Rak'ah before the dawn (Fajr) prayer are dearer to me than the whole world".
If the Sunnah of Fajr holds such immense value—
Then how priceless must be the Fardh that Allah Himself made obligatory?
Allah commands it, and it's the first prayer mentioned in the Qur'an with regard to angels witnessing it.
ۖ إِنَّ قُرْءَانَ ٱلْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًۭا ٧٨
“And the Qur’an of dawn (i.e. the Fajr prayer). Verily, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.”
(Surah Al-Isra 17:78)
The Fardh, by its very nature, carries:
A higher rank,
Greater reward, and
Heavier accountability if neglected.
