Mental health is more important than physical health. It can destroy you from the inside but you can't show it to anyone. Because no one is able to see it with their eyes. This pain can change your whole life and even your mindset. Everyone who suffers from this pain in their life knows how dangerous and painful it is. That's why it is important for us to be happy with everyone as far as possible.

Seek forgiveness if you hurt someone, keep no jealousy towards anyone. Be busy with productive works, focus on your goal in life, help people around you. Pray a lot. Remember if you ever become sidetracked from your path you won't reach your goal.🤍

This Hadith informs Muslims that Jesus (peace be upon him) will later descend and defeat the greatest trial of humanity, the Dajjāl. His killing at the Gate of Ludd is a clear sign that falsehood will be destroyed and truth will finally prevail. It also shows that Allah will end the fitnah of Dajjāl through Jesus (peace be upon him) as a mercy and victory for the believers.

Mālik ibn Dīnār (رحمه الله):

O people! When gold and silver are thrown to a dog, it does not recognize them. But if a bone is thrown to it, it pounces upon it. Similarly, the foolish ones amongst you do not recognize the truth.

THE IMMENSE VIRTUE OF ISTIGHFAR

A man once came to al-Hasan al-Basri رحمه الله and complained to him:
“The sky does not shower us with rain.”
He replied:
“Seek Allâh’s forgiveness (i.e. say ﺃﺳﺘﻐﻔﺮ ﺃﻟﻠﻪ ).”

Then another person came to him and said,
“I complain of poverty.”
He replied:
“Seek Allâh’s forgiveness.”

Then another person came to him and complained,
“My wife is barren; she cannot bear children.
” He replied:
“Seek Allâh ’s forgiveness.”

The people who were present, said to al-Hasan:

“Everytime a person came to you complaining, you instructed them to Only to seek Allâh’s forgiveness?”

✏️ Al-Hasan al-Basri رحمه الله تعالى said,

“Have you not read the statement of Allâh?

“Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving. He will send rain to you in abundance; increase you in wealth and children; grant you gardens and bestow on you rivers.”‘”

What Can My Enemies Do To Me?

Ibn al-Qayyim reported: Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said to me once,

“What can my enemies do to me? My paradise and my garden are in my heart wherever I go. They are with me and never leave me. If I am imprisoned, it is seclusion for worship. If I am killed, it is martyrdom. If they expel me from my land, it is tourism.”

People think depression means crying or being sad all the time, but sometimes it feels like I’m stuck in a weird in-between space, like the world is moving and I’m just there.
Not really thinking, not really feeling — just existing. Nothing grabs my attention, I don’t react to much, I feel blank.
Not sad… just numb.
Most people don’t understand how difficult it is to deal with that.

“Whoever comes [on the Day of Judgement] with a good deed will have better than it.” – Qur'an [28:84]

One of the best ways of bringing happiness to yourself is bringing happiness to others around you. Random acts of kindness and selflessness will go a long way. People will always remember you, pray for you and have your back. Even if they don't, Allah will.

The Morning and Evening Remembrances

Ibn al-Qayyim (rahimahullah) said:

The Morning and Evening remembrances are like a shield.

The thicker it is, the less affected its wearer is (from any harm).

In fact (indeed), the strength of the shield (of morning and evening remembrances) can be such that an arrow shot at (the person) returns and hits the (malicious) one who fired it.

FOLLOW A EVIL DEED WITH A GOOD ONE TO WIPE IT OUT ❗️

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمة الله) said:

"It is like sin is totally unavoidable for a slave. So the intelligent one is the person who always does righteous actions to erase his evil actions."

📚: Majmu' al-Fatawa (10/655)

"And perform prayer at the two ends of the day and in some hours of the night (i.e. the five compulsory prayers). Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds (i.e small sins). That is a reminder (an advice) for the mindful (those who accept advice)."

📚: Surah Hud (11:114)

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"Have Taqwa (fear) of Allah wherever you are, and follow an evil deed with a good one to wipe it out, and treat the people with good behavior."

Life Is Like A Bad Woman

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ did not forbid the Companions (Sahabah) from earning or possessing wealth altogether. In fact, Islam encourages earning through halal (lawful) means, providing for one’s family, and spending in the path of Allah.

The Teachings Were:

1. Avoid Greed and Excessive Desire
The Prophet ﷺ said: “If the son of Adam had two valleys of gold, he would wish for a third. Nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari 6439, Sahih Muslim 1048)

2. Do Not Make Wealth the Main Goal
He ﷺ said: “The world is sweet and green, and Allah will make you succeed one another in it, so look how you behave. Beware of the world...”
(Sahih Muslim 2742)

3. Encouragement to Spend Rather Than Hoard
Allah says in the Qur’an: “Those who hoard up gold and silver and do not spend it in the way of Allah give them tidings of a painful punishment.”
(At-Tawbah 9:34)

This does not mean wealth itself is forbidden, but withholding zakat and charity while only hoarding wealth is condemned.

4. Moderation and Balance
The Prophet ﷺ said: “The best wealth is the wealth of a righteous man.”
(Musnad Ahmad 17096 – authentic)

The Prophet ﷺ did not prohibit the Companions from accumulating wealth.

Earning halal income, trade, and seeking prosperity are all permitted and praiseworthy.

What is forbidden is greed, miserliness, hoarding without paying zakat, and giving preference to dunya (this world) over akhirah (the Hereafter).

Many of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ (Sahabah, may Allah be pleased with them) were poor in the early period of Islam, but later Allah blessed them with wealth and prosperity through faith, migration, trade, and conquests.

ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʿAwf (May ALLAH be pleased with him)

When he migrated to Madinah, he was completely empty-handed.

An Ansari companion offered him half of his wealth, but he refused and asked only to be shown the marketplace.

Through honest trade, Allah blessed him so much that later caravans of his goods would arrive in Madinah, making him one of the richest Sahabah.

■ Why Meat-Eaters Become Aggressive & Sleepy – The Secret of Fire (Naar) in Food

Now, the thing is that Hindus are so peaceful because they eat vegetables, right? And Muslims — they can’t go a single day without meat. My teacher said: When we used to live in Karachi, our Ammi and Abba would say, “Son, Tuesday is a no-meat day,” but come Wednesday, we’d buy double the meat! They couldn’t bear even one day without it.

Some Muslims eat meat every single day, and meat contains the most darkness (zulmat), the most fire (naar). One day, if I get the chance, I’ll come into your dream and show you what really happens inside a person when they eat.

There is not a single thing in this world that ripens or cooks without fire, without heat. Okay? Like fruits — the sun comes out, the sun cooks them. First it’s a raw mango, then the sun keeps beating down on it and it becomes a ripe mango. Vegetables also need sunlight, right?

This secret wasn’t known to the Hindu yogis, that’s why they say “eat vegetables, eat vegetables” — but there is fire even in vegetables! There is naar even in them!

And there’s a saying: whatever you eat, its qualities, its attributes, enter into you.

- People who eat a lot of chicken — their lust (shahwat) increases a lot.

- Those who eat beef — they just become Allah’s cow (Proverb in Urdu language as a joke), they take on its qualities.

Any food we cook, we put it on fire, right? Fire goes into it. When a person eats that food, this (pointing) is his heart, and imagine this is his stomach. When the food goes in and digestion happens, all the fire and heat and naar that was in it rises up from here and goes onto the heart — it surrounds the heart. After eating, you can actually see fire around the whole body.

That fire makes a person heedless of Allah. That’s why Aulia Allah say:

eat less, speak less, sleep less.

This fire is coming out from the stomach, and if there is no noor (divine light) in the heart, it cannot fight this fire at all.

And if you fill your stomach completely, the amount of fire becomes so much around the heart that the nafs (lower self) becomes fully satisfied, puts you to sleep, so that “I put him to sleep and then go attend shaytanic gatherings.”

When you overeat, sleep will come. When sleep comes after overeating, understand that so much naar has gathered around the heart that now the nafs wants to leave the body (in that state).

That’s why the Prophet ﷺ said:

Divide your stomach into 3 parts — one part for food, one part for water, and leave one-third empty.

That way, even if some fire is produced, it will be less.

Then do a little walking, move around, do some physical work — body temperature rises, you sweat, and that naar leaves the body through physical activity.

To remove this fire, Allah has given us salah (prayer) as an act of worship. For many days I used to wonder: we walk around all day and never pass gas, but as soon as we start praying — pat pat pat pat pat! Haha! Why? Because it’s physical movement, and this fire is expelled.

Those who stay physically active — their fire keeps getting released.

So the point is: this is the harm of eating meat: when people eat meat, animal-like qualities enter a person’s blood. The blood of that animal becomes your blood.

In short, what I was saying is that some Muslims don’t understand this matter, no one explains it to them, and they don’t even want to understand it from anyone else. They want reference only.

When the heart is busy with this worldly life, a person will look for worldly means to find relief from the calamities and difficulties of life.

And when the heart is connected, and its concerned, and its busy with Allahﷻ, the first thing that comes to a persons mind during difficulties, is Allahﷻ.

The way you live your life is going to dictate how you respond to a difficult moment.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

احْفَظْ اللَّهَ تَجِدْهُ أمامك، تَعَرَّفْ إلَى اللَّهِ فِي الرَّخَاءِ يَعْرِفُك فِي الشِّدَّةِ

“Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him in front of you, acknowledge Allah in times of ease, and He will remember you in times of difficulty.”

Respect your neighbours!

A man said: “O Messenger of Allaah! There is a woman who prays, gives charity and fasts a great deal, but she harms her neighbors with her speech (by insulting them).”

He replied: “She will go to Hell.”

The man continued: “O Messenger of Allaah! There is (another) woman who is well-known for how little she fasts and prays, but she gives charity from the dried yogurt she makes and she does not harm her neighbors.”

He replied: “She will go to Paradise.”

●  {Musnad Ahmad (v. 4, p. 166)}
●  {Saheeh Ibn Hibban (2054)}

The Prophet said: Four things contribute to misery:

1. A bad neighbor.
2. A bad wife.
3. A cramped home.
4. A bad means of transport.
