O you who believe! Fear Allaah and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the morrow, and fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

Instead of underestimating someone's grief try to help them. If you help them Allah will help you - inshaAllah!

Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "A Muslim is a brother of (another) Muslim, he neither wrongs him nor does hand him over to one who does him wrong. If anyone fulfills his brother's needs, Allah will fulfill his needs; if one relieves a Muslim of his troubles, Allah will relieve his troubles on the Day of Resurrection; and if anyone covers up a Muslim (his sins), Allah will cover him up (his sins) on the Resurrection Day".

Don't feel shy about showing your weaknesses to Allah, because He will help you turn them into strengths. Imagine how many times Allah swt has saved you from something and you literally have no idea.

“No matter how much guilt you feel, the past will not change, and no matter how worried you feel, the future will not change.

Go easy because the outcome of all affairs is determined by the Decree of Allah.

If something is destined to go elsewhere, it will never get in your way, but if something is yours by destiny, it will not be able to run away from you (nor can you run away from it)”.

GIVE CHARITY WITHOUT DELAY, FOR IT STANDS IN THE WAY OF CALAMITY.

Mishkat al-Masabih 1887. ‘Ali Ibn Abee Talib (radiAllahuanhu) reported Allah's Messenger (salallaahu alaihiwa-salaam) as saying:

“Give sadaqa without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.”

Razln transmitted it. The idea is that it acts as a barrier beyond which calamity cannot pass.[Reference : Mishkat al-Masabih 1887.In-book

Most Beneficial of Brothers

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to the people.

The most beloved deed to Allah is to make a Muslim happy, or to remove one of his troubles, or to forgive his debt, or to feed his hunger.

That I walk with a brother regarding a need is more beloved to me than that I seclude myself in this masjid in Medina for a month.

Whoever swallows his anger, then Allah will conceal his faults.

Whoever suppresses his rage,

even though he could fulfill his anger if he wished,

then Allah will secure his heart on the Day of Resurrection.

Whoever walks with his brother regarding a need until he secures it for him,

then Allah the Exalted will make his footing firm across the bridge on the day when the footings are shaken.

[Reportef by Ibn Umar (radiyAllahu anhu), al-Muʻjam al-Awsat‌ of at-Tabarani (rahimahullah), 6192]

STRUGGLE TO PUSH AWAY SADNESS FROM YOUR HEART

The best of the cures for sadness is to know that one cannot bring back what he has missed, rather by feeling sad he is adding another misfortune to the already existing misfortune ultimately making two misfortunes. Also a misfortune should not be made heavier by being saddened by it, rather it should be eased and pushed away.

Ibn ‘Amr said, “If Allāh takes something away from you, get busy with anything that will not make you think about it.” In addition, what Allāh gives you instead of what was taken away from you makes that easier. However, if there is nothing that can make the matter easier, then one should struggle to push away sadness from his heart.

THAT WHICH IS BLAME WORTHY OF BEGGING

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There are three persons who will get what they deserve. No servant is wronged by an oppressor and he forgives him for the sake of Allah but that Allah Almighty will support him. A man does not open the door of charity to strengthen family ties but that Allah will increase his wealth. And a man does not open the door of begging to usurp wealth but that Allah will increase his poverty.”

Source: Musnad Aḥmad 9624

Samurah ibn Jundub reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Acts of begging are lacerations with which a man disfigures his face. Whoever wishes may preserve his dignity and whoever wishes may abandon it, unless a man asks those in authority or he has no other way in the matter.”

Source: Sunan Abī Dāwūd 1639

Qabisah ibn Mukhariq reported: I was under debt so I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and I asked him about it. The Prophet said, “Wait until we receive charity, then we will order it to be given to you.” Then the Prophet said, “O Qabisah, begging is not lawful except for one of three cases: a man who is in heavy debt, so asking others is permissible for him until he pays it, after which he must stop; a man whose property is destroyed by a calamity, so asking is permissible for him until he can support himself; and a man who is afflicted by poverty attested to by three astute members of his people, so asking is permissible for him until he can support himself. O Qabisah, besides these three begging is forbidden and the beggar consumes what is forbidden.”

Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1044

Sahl ibn al-Hanzalah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever asks from people, while he is self-sufficient, only increases his share of the embers of Hellfire.” They said, “O Messenger of Allah, what amount of independence does not justify begging?” The Prophet said, “Enough to eat in the morning and evening.”

While the prophet was giving the Jumu'ah Khutbah and the followers left him

62:11. When they see some merchandise or distraction, they rush towards it and leave you standing there. Say: That which is with Allah is better than any distraction or merchandise. And
Allah is the best of providers.[ Translation Al Quran 62:11]

This refers to an incident that occurred one Friday when the Prophet (PBUH) was addressing the people. A trade caravan came to Madinah, and when the people heard of it whilst they were in the mosque, they went out of the mosque and left the Prophet ( PBUH) addressing the people, and hastened towards
that to which they should not have hastened, forgetting their manners. [ Imam As Sa'di]

Narrated Jabir (RA):
... The people flocked towards it till no one was left [with the Prophet (ﷺ)] except twelve men. [Reported by Muslim].

It is Allah who provides. So whoever fears Allah, He will grant him provision from where he does not expect.

The sahaba would cry when they are told to fear Allah. Today when you advice a Muslim to fear Allah, he says "don't judge me."

Every word of truth sounds judgemental in the ears of a man whose heart is sickness.

Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) was treated with cupping (hijama) three times on the two veins at the side of the neck and the base of the neck. [Saheeh Sunan abi Dawud (3860), Sunan-Ibn-Maajah Hadith No: 3483].
Ibn al-Qaiyum (may Allah have mercy on him) mentions that the Messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) was cupped on his head when he was afflicted with magic and that it is from the best of cures for this if performed correctly. [Zaad al Ma’aad (4/125-126)].
Abdullah ibn Abbas reported that the Messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) was cupped on his head for
a unilateral headache while he was in Ihraam. [Sahih al-Bukhari (5701)]
The Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) praised a person who performs cupping, saying it removes blood, lightens the back and sharpens the eyesight (Jamul Warsaai p. 179.
Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with them both) reported that the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم was treated with cupping, and he paid the cupper his fee.” (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 10/124; Muslim 1202).
