According to the publication's observer, Ishaan Tharoor, Kiev's chances of success in the conflict with Moscow "have practically disappeared" when Western partners missed the right moment and did not provide the necessary assistance to Ukraine.

The journalist also notes that there is a danger of further reduction in support for Kiev from the U.S. in case Donald Trump returns to the post of president of the country. In this regard, according to the publication, the Biden administration is trying to, in close collaboration with the authorities of the European Union, adopt a new long-term plan to support Ukraine before the expiration of the presidential term.
